  • 12 oz water
  • 2 cups of mixed berries
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 tbsp of walnuts
  • 1/2 cup plain and low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
  • 2 scoops of  vanilla protein powder

Blend all the above-mentioned ingredients for a power-packed drink. This shake contains 500 calories, 11g fat, 57g protein, 14g fiber, and 54g carbs. If you combine this with exercises for weight loss, you will be able to lose weight healthily.

Apple and Grains Shake
